In 2011 Infrastructure Australia estimated that building Australian infrastructure demands requires sourcing at least $30 billion per year, every year to 2020.

Attracting further infrastructure finance to Australia is a critical and multi-sectoral task, requiring the coordinated reform of public/private partnership structures, privatization models, infrastructure planning, design and delivery, economic market frameworks and regulatory frameworks.

The Australian Infrastructure Finance Summit, being held from 19 – 21 November 2014 at the Stamford Plaza Hotel Brisbane will bring together senior stakeholders from every major group involved in infrastructure finance, fostering high level discussion around the drivers and impediments of the flow of capital into Australia’s infrastructure assets.
