Paul Cooper is President of the Victorian eHealth Network – a not for profit association of people and organisations interested in promoting eHealth. Paul commenced his career in medical research as a Ph.D student investigating the biochemistry in a mouse model of leukaemia.  This research sparked his interest in the early field of health informatics and he subsequently extended his career into ICT with the Victorian Government and subsequently as a consultant to industry.  As a consultant Paul undertook further studies in Organisation Development and more recently was a foundation member of the Certificate in Health Informatics (Australia).  His early science research experience has informed his approach to consulting which is oriented around supportive evidence and extensive stakeholder engagement to achieve change. Lok Mun Leng

Mun Leng has more than 15 years of experience in managing supply chain and he has helped to play a key role in transforming the supply chain management to a proactive model in SingHealth Group.
His previous role includes assisting the Group Chief Procurement Officer in developing strategic plan for supply chain management in non-pharmaceutical area. 
He currently leads the team that manages clinical and non-clinical supplies and major contract services with an annual spend of SGD 220 million.  He also partners with the Agency for Integrated Care to help more than 25 nursing homes in aggregate buy.

Stuart Rodney is a career Supply Chain and Logistics professional with more than 20 years in the industry.  After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University, majoring in commercial law and business administration and early roles in marketing and PR, Stuart started his career in transportation and logistics.  Stuart worked for several companies including Intergroup Shipping Agency, Orient Overseas Container Line and Nippon Yusen Kaisha Line, where Stuart transformed the businesses to improve sales, profitability and implemented pricing and marketing strategies that enabled the businesses to expand their markets.  Stuart gained extensive skills and experience in leading, managing and transforming businesses in the transportation and logistics industry and in September 2013 transitioned to the health sector as Chief Operating Officer, Health Support Queensland, where he has been able to drive efficiencies and deliver services at a reduced cost to customers as well as implementing a customer first culture so that services provided better meet the needs of customers. John commenced his career as an Industrial Engineer working in the textile and then confectionery industries, where he spent 16 years working for Cadbury confectionery based at the Ringwood site. The requirement to drive supply chain efficiencies through better information management lead John into the area of business process re-engineering and ERP implementations.

John Szabo is the current GS1 Consulting Manager at GS1 Australia. John began his career at GS1 Australia in December 2004 where he worked for 18 months in the Consulting Team as a Senior Advisor delivering both small and large projects. A short stint saw John move away from GS1 Australia take on a role within the Coles Supply Chain before returning to GS1 Australia joining the Industry Engagement team as Senior Advisor, Industry Engagement.

As an Industry Manager, John was responsible for driving the adoption of the GS1 standards into the Hardware, Automotive Aftermarket and Rural industry sectors. Initiatives ranged from Numbering and Bar Coding, Data Management and eCommerce related projects.

He then moved to management with a 7 year appointment as Executive Director of Medical Services for Cabrini Health, before being appointed to the position of Executive Director of Cabrini Malvern which includes General Manager responsibility for that campus.
