Majella Knobel has more than 10 years’ experience in technology development and implementation. She worked in numerous organisations including Red Cross, the University of Melbourne and currently is a Project Manager in Technology at Westpac Group.

However, to reach the top, Majella often would have to combat negative myths about employing people with disabilities. With vision impairment, she would often face prejudices and prove to many within the industry that she was capable of greatness.
