Forecasting is an imperfect science, but it is also a necessity for most businesses. That’s particularly true when it comes to supply chain management. Proper forecasting helps ensure you have enough supply on hand to satisfy demand. Business analysts use supply chain management systems and other tools to forecast demand weeks and months in advance but many professionals are struggling with it.

Ensuring a safe, secure and responsible supply chain

This value-packed session is designed for all supply chain and logistics managers who want to understand the best possible ways to effectively achieve ethical and sustainable supply chains. Respect for human rights, environment and safety are important topics within policies of more and more enterprises during all stages of the supply chain. It all starts with the implementation of the right culture within each organisation to achieve all this, but where do you start?

This engaging full day learning session offers to provide an in-depth understanding of all aspects of designing and implementing the right culture with necessary control mechanisms to avoid unethical, dangerous and unsustainable supply chain practices.
