Marika commenced with NSW Ports at its inception in June 2013 and led the development of the NSW Ports Long Term Master Plan, released in October 2015.

Damien is the Director of Deakin's Cyber Security Research & Innovation Centre and is the Chair of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), a not-for profit organisation which aims to improve Cyber Security in Australia at a Government, Industry and Community level.
In his former role as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Symantec Australia and New Zealand, Damien worked with senior executives in the region to align security architectures to industry best practices. Damien also worked as a senior information security governance manager and later as an enterprise IT and security risk manager at National Australia Bank (NAB), where he was responsible for managing the bank’s information security standard globally. He also held senior roles at RSA, Telstra and Melbourne IT and is currently on CompTIA’s Executive Advisory Committee.
Damien has supported CompTIA for over 14 years through the development of CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ and more recently the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner certification.
Damien’s passion for making a difference motivated him to establish Information Technology community resource centres to improve literacy and skills in impoverished and disadvantaged communities in Kenya, Laos, Uganda and Cambodia.
Underpinning his experience is a diverse educational grounding ranging from the highest security, audit and governance certifications complemented by an Executive MBA with an international business focus.
David McGahey

David McGahey has had a diverse and extensive career in the Australian Army, including stints with the UN peace keeping forces in Palestine and East Timor, and work in the US as a Liaison Officer and Representative to US Army Materiel Command. In August 2009 he was posted to Iraq as the Commanding General of Task Force Iraqi Security Forces Logistics. In this role over 10months he advised the Iraqi Minister for Defence and CDF on logistics reform and led a 400 person US-sponsored team to remediate Iraqi defence and police logistics. In this appointment he was awarded the Legion of Merit (Degree Officer) by the US Government. He returned to Australia in May 2009 and retired from the Australian Army in December 2009. At that time he assumed his current appointment as the Program Director of the Defence Logistics Transformation Project.
Mr McGahey holds a Master Degree in Strategic Studies and Project Management, a Bachelor Degree in Professional Studies (HR) and Diploma in Maintenance Engineering and Management.

Prior to joining The Australian Industry Group in 2000, Louise worked in wholesale foreign exchange and insurance. Since joining Ai Group she has managed a number of trade related projects including trade missions, both incoming and outgoing, business matching and the development and delivery of export related training programs. She has had wide experience in providing advice and counseling to manufacturing companies on export related planning and international marketing, government support programs and other trade related issues. Louise has delivered international trade promotion activities in a range of markets, from China to Chile and from the US to India. Louise has studied a Bachelor of Arts (Arabic Language and Culture) at Deakin University and an Advanced Diploma in International Trade at RMIT. She has also studied Arabic at universities in Jordan and Egypt.

Susan joined Australia Post in 2015 as Head of Corporate Responsibility, where she has been championing supply chain transparency and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to this, she was a Senior Consultant at the Australian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ACCSR; 2013-15); led the advocacy campaigning team at World Vision Australia (2008-12); and worked for a respected non-profit organisation in Washington, D.C. and Amsterdam (2002-07) where she advocated on the human rights situation in Tibet and China.
Susan has particular expertise in supply chain sustainability, business human rights obligations, forced and child labour, and the China-Tibet issue. Susan holds a Master of Supply Chain Management (UoM) and Master of International Relations and Asian Politics (UoQ).
